- 60 ml Black Rum Gran Reserva 15
- 30 ml Pedro Ximénez Lustau
- 10 ml Lime juice
- Top Ginger Beer
CARIBBEAN PASSION
- 50 ml Black Rum Gran Reserva 15 (whisk the rum with 3 coriander leaves), filter and serve. Have it previously blended and filtered
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 10 ml Sugar syrup
- 15 ml Manzanilla Lustau
- 2 pieces of natural ripe pineapple or / pineapple puree 20 ml
- Top orange soda
